About us
Palazzo Della Nave is located on Via Bufalini, in the very heart of Florence’s historic centre, just a few metres from Brunelleschi’s Dome. It is a Renaissance palace that has lived through centuries of change, eventually becoming the noble residence we know today.
Our family, the Della Nave, purchased it more than 150 years ago, keeping it a lived-in, open home—never turned into a museum. Over time, each generation has left its mark: restorations, expansions, and spaces reimagined with new purposes, shaping a place that today brings together history, intimacy and Florentine hospitality.
Even now, the palace is still home to our family, and it welcomes those who choose to stay in the centre of Florence—ideal for couples, groups and families.

The Palazzo Della Nave project is led by Irene Graziano and Alain Moreno: she is an architect and the fourth generation of the Della Nave family; he is an interior designer and a hospitality professional.
Together, they have created a new balance between past and present, turning the palace into an elegant, personal holiday home in the centre of Florence—far from standardised formats.
Here, every guest is welcomed as a person, not as a customer.
